This building was erected by Rodolfo Ucha between 1914 and 1915.
The construction occupies two plots of land which back on to each other meaning the layout deviates from traditional models.
The formal structure of the façades, with galleries, bay windows and railings was designed in an Art Nouveau style but following traditional designs of the A Magdalena neighbourhood. The section in Real street displays a glass wall accentuating the building´s height, with two bay windows separated by large bordered recesses. The rear of this house which is located in Dolores street was built in 1915 and has one floor less. Attention is focussed on the central bay window. It was designed as a city house and is a unique example of Art Nouveau architecture in Ferrol.
